Universidade de Trás-os-Montes (UTAD) coordinates the project “Thinking Smart: Toolkit for the engagement of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) in regional growth”, funded by EACEA (the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency) through the Erasmus + programme.

The project has as main objective to promote the involvement of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the Smart Specialization Strategies (RIS3) as a way to contribute to the regional development.
